Prompt Transportation Services operates almost 24/7 depending on availability of vehicles and drivers in any non hazardous weather conditions and provides gauarnteed and timely service to those customers who make reservation in advance. We shall also wait and pick you up even if your flight gets delayed without any extra charges. We appreciate your understanding if we get caught on traffic on our way to pick you up.

Terms and conditions
In an effort to provide excellent taxi. limo services, we request our Corporate Clients and Customers to observe the following list of terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions for our Corporate Clients and other customers:
1. Service calls / Appointments: Taxi Service calls and appointments by our Corporate Clients shall be made no less than 2 hours preceding the intended pickup time. We shall not guarantee prompt pick up for calls made in less than 24 hours prior to the intended pick up time. Such calls for Taxi Services will be honored based upon availability of vehicles, drivers and the distance.
2. Cancellation of Service calls or Appointments: Corporate Clients and other customers must cancel scheduled services from/TO CLT, RDU no less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time for a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged. Customers from GSO or Piedmont Triad area may cancel 6 hours prior to scheduled pick up or drop off time for a full refund. If reservation is made the same day of the pick up from any place and prepaid with a credit or debit card, we shall refund if cancelled at least 4 hours before the pick up time. If cancelled after we dispatch a driver the card will be charged in full, no refund shall be available.
3. Waiting Period: Clients who schedule pick up from a residence, hotel, airport or business will not pay for waiting or flight delays.
4. Billing: The corporate client has the option of choosing payment methods either by check, or credit card. Invoices will be sent weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on the terms of the contract to the billing address for businesses using our taxi service multiple times.
5. Payment: A valid credit card information is required to secure a Corporate Account. Also a valid credit or debit card information is required for pick ups from any location other than the Greater Pidmont Triad Area by our customers. We charge credit or debit cards on the day of service. Invioces shall be paid no later than 7 days after the receipt by corporate clients. If account balance remains unpaid for 15 days, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the full amount of the balance due for the taxi service provided.
7. Confirmation: Prepaid customers do not need to make a confirmation call 24 hours before the pick up time. However other non prepaid customes need to make a confirmation call at least 24 hours prior to their pick up time.
9. Payment option: If you wish you may pay 50% first and the other 50% with in two weeks.
10. We reserve the right to provide or deny services without any reason.
