	This service was amazing. It snowed all across the state on Christmas and we couldn't move our car to take our friend to the airport at 4:30AM. We called so many other taxi services that were rude or just said they couldn't help us because of the weather. This guy was very friendly on the phone and in person when he picked us up. He drove very safely in the snow and charged a very low flat rate. He even waited outside while we took our friend into the airport for a long time at no extra cost and didn't seem to mind. On the way back we passed another taxi service who's car was in a ditch and getting pulled out by a police car. So glad we didn't pick that company! So to recap, this guy picked us up at 4:30AM on CHRISTMAS in snow so thick you couldn't see the lines in the road, on short notice, charged us next to nothing, waited in the cold for us, and also managed to be very funny and entertaining during the drive. Excellent service. Use this company.

	I had to make a last minute arrangement for travel from Elon to the RDU airport for my daughter who is a student at Elon University. This company was unbelievably professional. In addition to their courteous and professional and respectful telephone interaction with me, my daughter could not say enough good things about this company. Their price was less expensive than others, even for the Town car. The free bottled water and snacks are a plus. I highly recommend them to anyone.

	I called several taxi service providers and most of them were very unprofessional and rude. Their prices are redicuos. I called prompt transportation services from San Diego and the person I spoke was amazingly professional, polite and the rate he quoted for a trip fom Charlotte to Winston Salem was without exaggeration less than $150.00. He met me at CLT airport on time. The Lincoln Town car he brought was clean inside out and runs smoothly.This is the only company I will use anytime I come to North Carolina. I recommend this company to you too.
