Prompt Transportation Services operates almost 24/7 in  any non hazardous weather conditions and provides gauarnteed service to those customers who make reservation in advance.

Terms and conditions

In an  effort to provide excellent taxi. limo and shuttle services, we request our Corporate Clients and Customers to observe the following list of terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions for our Corporate Clients and other customers:

1. Service calls / Appointments: Taxi Service calls and appointments by our Corporate Clients shall be made no less than 2 hours preceding the intended pickup time. We shall not guarantee prompt pick up for calls made in less than one hour prior to the intended pick up time. Such calls for Taxi or Shuttle Services will be honored based upon availability of vehicles, drivers and the distance.

2. Cancellation of Service calls or Appointments: Corporate Clients and other customers must cancel  scheduled services no less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time. Less than 24 hours will be charged in full with the exception of force major.

3. Airport or Hotel pick up cancellation:  Any cancellation must take place atleast in no less than 2 hours prior to pick up time.  If call comes in less than 2 hours, client will be charged in full. A processing fee of 20% will be charged in case of reimbursements.

4. Waiting Period: Clients will  pay an additional surcharge if the client is delayed for more than 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time unless notifies us earlier.

5. Billing:  The client has the option of choosing payment methods either by check or credit card. Invoices will be sent biweekly or monthly to the billing address for businesses using our Taxi or Shuttle Service multiple times.

6. Payment: A valid credit card mumber is required to secure a Corporate  Account. Also a valid credit or debit card information is required for reservations by our long distance customers. Invioces shall be paid no later than 7 days after the receipt by corporate clients. If account balance remains unpaid for 15 days, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the full amount of the balance due for the taxi or shuttle service provided.

7. Gratuity : A standard gratuity 15% -20% as a token of appreciation to the driver is greatly appreciated if added when making reservation or at the time of drop off. If your card is charged with out your authorization and let us know, we shall reimburse the gratuity happily.
